The company and team behind Apollo EMS

Apollo EMS is operations software for event medical providers. It is designed around the conditions teams work in at events: changing rosters, late updates, poor reception, patient surges and long shifts.

It was created by people who have worked in event medical settings, and it is developed with feedback from the providers who use it.

Our company

Apollo EMS is developed by Apollo Health Group Pty Ltd, an Australian company that designs and develops healthcare software and hardware.

Apollo Health Group is a new company, but Apollo EMS is not a new product. Event medical providers have used it since 2023.

Developed in Tasmania

Apollo EMS began in Tasmania and is now used by providers across Australia.

It has been used at some of the largest events in the country for rostering, patient care records, communication and reporting.

It supports small community events as well as large, complex deployments.

How we develop Apollo EMS

Apollo EMS is designed around the work of clinicians, coordinators and managers, with reliability and ease of use as the priorities.

Features are added and changed based on feedback from providers using Apollo EMS at their events, with the aim of reducing admin for coordinators and giving clinical teams clearer information.
